DEO Makes Surprise Visit to Boys Model High School Chaman, Vows to Transform It into an Exemplary Institution
Chaman (By Syed Sardar Mohammad Khondai): District Education Officer (DEO) Chaman Ashok Kumar Rajput paid a surprise visit to Government Boys Model High School Chaman to review educational activities, classroom performance and administrative arrangements.
He was accompanied by PML-N District President and prominent political and social figure Haji Attaullah Khan, along with EMIS Focal Person Jafar Khan Achakzai.
DEO Reviews Classroom Performance and Student Learning
During the visit, the DEO inspected various classrooms, interacted with students and asked questions related to their studies to assess their academic understanding and learning standards.
He encouraged the students to focus on their education and urged them to pursue their academic goals with hard work, dedication and commitment.
Meeting Held to Review School Performance
Later, Ashok Kumar Rajput chaired a detailed meeting with the school staff to review teaching activities, teachers’ attendance, discipline and progress towards completing the prescribed syllabus on time.
Addressing the meeting, the DEO stated that Government Boys Model High School Chaman would be transformed into a truly exemplary educational institution. He made it clear that negligence, carelessness and unjustified absence would not be tolerated.
Teachers Directed to Ensure Punctuality and Quality Education
The DEO directed all teachers to maintain punctual attendance, perform their professional responsibilities with honesty and dedication, and complete the syllabus within the stipulated timeframe.
He emphasized that effective teaching and timely syllabus completion were essential for improving educational standards and ensuring better examination preparation for students.
Ashok Kumar Rajput further observed that teachers’ hard work, discipline and quality instruction were key to making any educational institution a model of excellence.
He added that the school’s monitoring system would be further strengthened to improve its overall performance and ensure a better learning environment for students.
